Wow, I have a story. Booked a simple hotel room for a one night stay before leaving Galveston. They put the wrong guy in a room with bedbugs... me. Got my money back and went to a high quality place immediately.
I told them I was a professional and could help. Showed the management our web site from my phone and gave them my business card. Yep, a nice healthy female under the bedding near the headboard. Plus some signs of feces. Told my wife this place is kind of sketchy let me check first. Sure enough. Found this place on hotels.com. At least three others heard me speaking at the front desk and left right behind me.
I suspect they continued to rent out the room. Oh well.
